By accessing or using RealAd AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the App to create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the App to create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the App to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealAd AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

AI-Generated Content: Scripts and suggestions generated by our AI are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of any content you publish or deliver to clients.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

Compliance Checks: Our compliance features are designed to assist you but do not guarantee that your content will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content meets all requirements.

No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall RealAd AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Subscription Terms: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and cancel it through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat in accordance with their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes, and your continued use of the subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
